Written and instructed by our own Human Resources associates, we require each prospective staff member to complete an extensive screening, orientation and training process.
This process includes reference and background checks, written and oral questioning, and hands-on training that covers all areas of events such as; set-up, fine dining, and many other areas of food service and catering.
